- Facility: 5 Beach Cottages and 1 Townhouse (water view &/or water
access) located near the Chatham Lighthouse and adjacent to the Outermost Harbor;
also 1 Cottage in quite neighborhood adjacent to public golf course and within
walking distance to downtown Chatham.
- Amenities: Telephone, Television, Cable, Full Kitchen with dishwasher,
microwave, coffee pot, lobster pot, cooking utensils, BBQ's, deck or patio with
outdoor furniture.
Washer & Dryer: provided in 3-bedroom cottages and townhouse.
- Rates: $1,900 to $4,500 per week, plus a refundable $200 security deposit.
(U.S. Funds).
"Off-Season" Rates : Available
- Reservations: Reservations are strongly recommended (minimum one-week
stay "in season").
- Deposit and Payments: 50% deposit; balance due one month prior to your
arrival.
- Arrival and Departure: Check-in 2:00 p.m.; Check-out 10:00 a.m. (all
cottages are cleaned prior to your arrival)
- Linens, Towels, and Beach Chairs: are not provided by Lighthouse Realty
(we are happy to assist you make those arrangements, if needed. Please contact
us.)
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A.Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday
It is imperative that all guests abide by these times. Our cleaning staff needs to start cleaning immediately in order to clean all rentals within the allotted timeframe. If you arrive early and unpack and the cottage has not yet been cleaned, then our cleaning staff is under no obligation to clean the unit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Q.How do I get the keys and directions?
A.Upon your arrival at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, the cottage will be unlocked and two (2) keys will be left inside. Please do not arrive earlier than 2:00 p.m. ~ our cleaning crew is not obligated to clean the unit if you arrive early and unpack. Directions will be mailed to you prior to your arrival and can be found on our web page.
Q.Can I get the telephone number to our rental house?
A.The telephone number can be found on your rental contract.

Q.How do I get a beach sticker?
A.Beach stickers are not necessary for Chatham Lighthouse Beach.Beach stickers for Hardings, Ridgevale, Cockle Cove and Schoolhouse Pond are available for $35.00/Week and can be purchased at each beach parking lot KIOSK.
Q.What about sheets and towels?
A.Sheets and towels are NOT provided. We suggest Linen Source of Cape Cod at (508) 432-2900.
Q.Is there somewhere I can rent a crib or high chair?
A.Yes, there are a few rental companies, including Chatham Crib Rental at (508) 945-6153.
